Shipping and delivery
The delivery time is normally 2 business days, calculated from the day after when the order was placed, provided that we have the item in stock. When the product has left our warehouse, the delivery responsibility passes to the shipping company, which delivers your order within the set time. LetMeRepair cannot provide a delivery guarantee for goods that are not in stock at the time of ordering or for goods that have left our warehouse. This means that the total delivery time may be longer than what is stated as normal for the chosen shipping method, if the carrier himself causes a delay.
Once we have sent your order, you will receive a delivery confirmation with package number to your e-mail address.
You can use the package number to track your delivery at the shipping company.
All shipments are sent by us with DPD. You will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking number.
Shipping fee UK:
Shipping fee charge order: £8.50.
Additional Charge for 5 items or more and Fragile Shipping: £8.50
Cash on delivery:
Cash on delivery is not possible.
Shipping costs (international):
International Shipping is not possible at this time.
Transport damage
If the product is damaged at the time of delivery, this should be reported to LetMeRepair immediately. In order for us to be able to complain about the damage to our carrier, we need to report the transport damage within 1-3 days. We are therefore grateful if you report the damage within this time. This applies to both visible and hidden transport damage and it is therefore important that you unpack and check that the product is faultless as soon as possible after receipt.
If the damage is visible, it is easiest if you report this directly to the driver upon receipt of the shipment. Remember to always save the packaging so that the complaint can be handled correctly.
Untriggered order
We reserve the right to charge the costs of the handling that occurs with uncollected packages (return shipping, handling costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of £8.50 including VAT if a package is not picked up. The shipment is with the postal agent for 14 days before it is returned to us. Therefore, please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the item, you first need to pick up the package and then return as described below. Unredeemed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
Delivery delay
You have the right to cancel your purchase at no extra cost in the event of a delay towards the promised delivery time. Contact us then via the website.
